Program
After traveling from Zurich to Barcelona, we begin our journey through the Spanish Pyrenees. Rather than staying at a single flying site, we’ll search each day for the most beautiful spot with the best thermal conditions. Along the way, we’ll discover some of Spain’s most spectacular flying areas from well known classics to rarely visited hidden gems. The Spanish Pyrenees are among Europe’s most varied flying regions and often offer excellent conditions for long thermal flights in September.
We can look forward to impressive mountain scenery, wide valleys, traditional villages, and unforgettable flights over wild, sparsely populated landscapes. After flying, we’ll enjoy Spanish hospitality, delicious food, and relaxed evenings in small hotels along our route.
This trip is for pilots who love adventure, enjoy travelling flexibly, and want to make the most of each day’s weather and flying opportunities together with a motivated group.
