Program
We set up our base camp at the Quinta das Vinhas organic winery. A spectacularly beautiful location in a vineyard, surrounded by tropical banana plantations and just 15 minutes from the nearest take-off site.
We start the day with yoga and breathing sessions specially tailored to paragliding. Sabine, our yoga instructor, introduces us to the world of breath control with experience from freediving. This can be used to influence and increase focus, relaxation and performance while flying.
Strengthened and well prepared, we spend the rest of the day high above the flanks of the island in one of the many breathtakingly beautiful flying areas.

Sabi
The yoga teacher and trained dancer and choreographer has lived in Madeira since 2021. Yoga found its way into her life in 2008.
With her company pranapnea, she combines yoga and freediving into a well-rounded whole.
Through her work with freedivers, she is very familiar with the topics of focus, relaxation and improving performance through breath control.
