For many, paragliding means adrenaline and a thrill at height. For me, above all, it means freedom.
Accompanying students on their training journey is a wonderful change from everyday life for me—especially in late summer and autumn, when temperatures drop and the autumn sun in the mountains pleasantly warms the takeoff area. My passion in the air is flying together with friends. Whether it’s cold soaring sessions at Uetliberg, warm cross-country flights in the Jura in summer, or demanding triangles in high-alpine terrain, being in the air together while still making your own decisions is one of the most beautiful things there is.
