The playful interaction with the third dimension and the feeling of being entirely responsible for myself fascinates me anew with every flight.
Whether on mountain tours, climbing, or in the air I feel at home in the mountains. But my greatest passion is clearly paragliding and everything that can be combined with it. Depending on the season, I enjoy flying cross-country, blasting “ass to grass” over the launch site while soaring in autumn, or being pulled across the winter landscape on skis.
You’ll find me at the Scheidegg whenever there’s 15 km/h of west wind and otherwise wherever the conditions in Switzerland are best at the moment.
Just as much as I enjoy flying myself, I love passing on the enthusiasm for our sport. There’s hardly anything better than seeing the big grin on a guest’s face after landing or watching students progress and discover their own joy in flying.
As a bit of a gear nerd, I’m also happy to help with choosing and fine-tuning your equipment and I enjoy celebrating with you when everything fits perfectly in the end.
Flying since: 2020
Favorite flying sites: Alp Scheidegg, Castelluccio, Euthal, Göscheneralp
Enjoys flying: Soaring until frozen, cross-country flying, climb & fly
Most beautiful flight: Barefoot in warm temperatures in Castelluccio or in Euthal
Credo: One proper groundhandling or soaring session in good wind often teaches you more than ten altitude flights.
